How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders ship within 3-5 business days via USPS. Standard shipping to US destinations takes around 3-5 business days depending location. Standard international shipping can take 2-6 weeks. Shipping upgrades are available if you need your order sooner, please contact to make arrangements.
Can you add my initials/name/logo to an item?
Yes we can! We offer custom embroidery for names and initials on most products. Embroidery or embossing options are available for logos and brands. If personalization is available, it will show as a drop down menu on the product page. It is extra to add personalization.
How do I add personalization?
Just add characters to the text area box that appears after selecting "Yes" on personalization options.
Need gift wrapping?
We use a heavy duty kraft paper wrapping, tied up with string, and sealed with a genuine hot wax seal from the 1800’s. We are happy to include a gift note! This feature should be available soon on our website. Contact us if you'd like to do this.

This warranty applies to product materials and construction under responsible use. Exposure to any harsh chemicals like salt, chlorine or conditioners that result in corrosion, discoloration or a breakdown of integrity of material, or damage caused by dog chewing, prolonged water or pool water exposure, road rash, etc., is considered abuse and will void the lifetime warranty.
