Due to the nature of our handmade-to-order business, standard production time is 3-5 business days, and shipping speed is determined at checkout. During our busy seasons, expect 7-10 business days. Contact us if you're on a deadline and need to rush an order!

International Customers
When we ship internationally, we offer multiple options. Standard shipping can take 2-6 weeks depending on location, if you need it faster we recommend using USPS Priority, UPS, or DHL Worldwide Express. Packages are not shipped with insurance.
PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE that customs and duty fees are due upon delivery and are different for every country. We cannot control when and what fees are charged. We will not send items marked as a "Gift". Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Holiday Shipping
For major holidays, please order 2-3 weeks before to ensure timely delivery. We cannot guarantee the product will be built and shipped on time if ordered late. Our busiest seasons are Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Christmas. Typically our cut off for XMAS is 12/10, you will see an updated timeline on the product pages themselves.
Undeliverable
When a package is marked undelivered and returned to seller, the buyer is responsible for return shipping if we cannot recoup shipping costs.

This warranty applies to product materials and construction under responsible use.
Exposure to any harsh chemicals like salt, chlorine or conditioners that result in corrosion, discoloration or a breakdown of integrity of material, or damage caused by dog chewing, prolonged water or pool water exposure, road rash, etc., is considered abuse and will void the lifetime warranty.
