I really like the leather and look, etc. My only complaint is that the pen holder loop is so big and bulky and in a position that you cannot write on the back side of the sheets. Had I realized this I would not have ordered it. I am guessing that this will be a one-sided notebook, and then when done, turn it over and insert it the other way. Looks are great but this design makes it a sub-par journal if you like using both sides of the paper.

Beautiful, soft leather. Inside Pen holder detracts as it is not placed on binding so makes leather look worn where it sits. Otherwise perfect.
