Guaranteed for the
lifetime of the maker.
Not a marketing line. A promise we've kept since 2011. We believe in our craftsmanship, materials, and designs so strongly that we warranty them against defects in materials and workmanship — for life. If our work fails under responsible use, we fix it or replace it. The same hands that made it.
If it's our work,
it's our problem.
The honest
exceptions.
Harsh chemicals
Salt, chlorine, or corrosive conditioners that break down the leather.
The family dog
Chewing isn't a defect — we checked.
Prolonged water
Pool soaks and long submersion void the warranty.
Road rash & accidents
We can't warranty asphalt.
Normal patina
Scuffs and darkening aren't defects — they're the point.
Normal patina, scratches, and natural wear aren't defects — they're exactly what the leather is supposed to do.
Full-grain leather darkens, softens, and takes on the shape of your life. A ten-year-old piece shouldn't look new. It should look earned.

We diagnose
We tell you exactly what it needs — and what it costs, if anything. Minor fixes are often free; larger repairs are quoted before any work starts.
Ship it in
We walk you through sending it to the Arizona workshop. Any box works — it's coming to people who know leather.
Home again
The craftsmen who built your piece bring it back to life and send it home to you.
A little care
goes a long way.
Condition it
Condition whenever the leather starts to feel dry or look chalky. A clean cloth and a small amount of quality leather conditioner — we like Smith's Leather Balm or Bick 4. Less is more.
Blot, don't rub
Blot dry with a clean towel and let it air-dry at room temperature — never near a heater or hair dryer. Heat is what damages wet leather, not the water. Condition once it's fully dry.
Keep it simple
Keep it dry, out of direct sun for long stretches, and never store it wet. Dust with a dry cloth; for a dirty spot, a slightly damp cloth and a full air-dry. That covers 90% of life with leather.
