I gave a kit as gifts to each of my sons. They were pleased to receive them - roomy, quality leather and solid design. In terms of function, I’ll check back with them in time, but the quality of the zipper and the stitching of the leather looks great. I think the stamp of initials could be a little more obvious or deeper into the leather, but overall a really nice personalized touch that I appreciated being offered.

Unbelievable craftsmanship! Quality product, great service, I forgot to get it monogrammed and they still managed to get it done and delivered on time.
Only thing I would suggest, and it’s not a criticism, is to make the large size a little bit bigger. When a guy wants large it means he’s travelling a lot and/or takes care of his skin and has moisturizer etc to carry!

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and customer service of Lifetime Leather. I live in Maryland and ordered a monogrammed dopp kit for my son as a Christmas gift. COVID then led to a surge of package shipments this holiday season, and coupled with ill employees, there was no way for the USPS to keep up. The gift "disappeared" in the postal system for a month and was lost in the tracking system, during which time my son went back to college. Lifetime Leather made a replacement dopp kit, free of charge, and shipped it to Auburn University. The "lost" package arrived in Maryland today, nearly six weeks after it had been shipped, and the replacement arrived at Auburn today, as well (pure coincidence). The dopp kit is of tremendous quality and looks great. Lifetime Leather turned an unfortunate situation into a positive experience with their attractive product and fabulous customer service.

Got the XL bag in oxford natural for my boyfriends travels and it looks and feels amazing. It's a great size for people who travel with a few extra things, like shaving supplies and whatnot. Also got it firebranded for personalization, which looks great, although I also expected them to personalize the large tab as well as the side of the bag based on the photos above, which they did not. That may have been a communication error though so I would recommend contacting them or something to know what you are getting exactly. The zipper also looks to be of good, sturdy quality, but is a bit stiff as a comment below said. Hoping it'll smoothen out with use. Shipping to Canada was no problem either. Overall very happy with the purchase and I am very excited to give it to him.
