Materials & Construction
Full-grain American leather paired with heavy-duty carpet fabric, hand-cut and stitched in our Phoenix workshop. Stainless steel hardware throughout. Heavy-duty nylon liner—cleanable and built to last—with interior pockets sewn in. Five stainless steel studded feet protect the base. Crossbody strap and reinforced handles built to carry real weight, trip after trip.
Care
Wipe clean with a damp cloth; for the full-grain leather panels, condition every few months to keep the leather supple. Avoid prolonged sun or heat. The stainless steel hardware and studded feet can be polished with a soft cloth. The lined interior is cleanable—spot-treat spills quickly. Natural marks will darken with use; that's the leather aging as it should.
Shipping & Returns
Every order is made to order and ships from our workshop in Phoenix, Arizona, typically within 5–7 business days. Personalized pieces add roughly 3 additional days. We ship insured via UPS or USPS Priority across the U.S. and offer expedited options at checkout.
Unpersonalized items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund in original condition. Personalized items are final sale, but covered by our lifetime repair guarantee — if anything fails, send it back and we'll fix it.
The Lifetime Guarantee
Our work is built to outlast trend. If a stitch, edge, or piece of hardware fails on something we made — even years later — send it back. We repair or replace it. No receipts, no time limits. That's the deal.
Lived in. Built to last.
