This item was purchased as a gift for my sister. She is quite happy with the bag. The process of purchasing this bag was not easy and took about 2 months to complete. I thought I that adding a zipper meant the whole bag would include a zipper for the main compartment. Setting up the return was easy enough but it took 4 weeks and an outreach from me to customer service to get the replacement.

I love the smell of leather.
I was hoping for a more deeper cognac color, but that is me, nothing wrong with what I received.
Not sure about the inside pocket because I have not had and or used it that long.

I’ve carried my Lifetime Tote for about 8 months now. It’s so durable, yet beautifully made. It’s held up against wear and tear, a whole winter of ice, snow, salt, but is still as beautiful today as the day I got it. Not my last Lifetime bag.

Wow… this leather is simply amazing! I can’t stop touching it!! It’s so soft and smooth with amazing swirls of pull-up. This just might be my all-time favorite bag. It arrived today and when I pulled it out of the box, I was completely awed. It has a great fit on my shoulder; I opted for the 12” handle drop. I did receive a different keychain than pictured on the site, but it’s very nice, too. Truly this bag is just stunning!! Great quality and craftsmanship. I’ll be shopping here again.
