Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Condition with leather cream every few months to keep the leather supple. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight. The leather will develop a natural patina with daily use — that's part of the character.

Every order is made to order and ships from our workshop in Phoenix, Arizona, typically within 5–7 business days. Personalized pieces add roughly 3 additional days. We ship insured via UPS or USPS Priority across the U.S. and offer expedited options at checkout.

Unpersonalized items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund in original condition. Personalized items are final sale, but covered by our lifetime repair guarantee — if anything fails, send it back and we'll fix it.
