Materials & Construction
Full-grain American leather, hand-cut and stitched in our Phoenix workshop. Built to handle heat from cast iron while protecting countertops. Each trivet is made in-house with the same materials and construction methods we use across our leather goods — solid craftsmanship meant to last.
Care
Wipe clean with a damp cloth after use; the leather can handle heat but benefits from a light conditioning every few months to stay supple. Avoid soaking or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when not in use. Natural marks and color shifts are part of the full-grain leather and will deepen over time.
Shipping & Returns
Every order is made to order and ships from our workshop in Phoenix, Arizona, typically within 5–7 business days. Personalized pieces add roughly 3 additional days. We ship insured via UPS or USPS Priority across the U.S. and offer expedited options at checkout.
Unpersonalized items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund in original condition. Personalized items are final sale, but covered by our lifetime repair guarantee — if anything fails, send it back and we'll fix it.
