Great leather and outstanding craftsmanship. Pen holder loop is a bit tight, but my narrow Cross Pen fits perfect! I will definitely consider other products from Lifetime Leather.

It has become a daily carry item for me. It feels good having a good sized notebook in my pocket along with a little extra cash and an extra credit card just in case. I take notes in it almost daily on things I want to remember to put in my daily journal, which is to large to carry around, so it has been very useful.

I was US Navy from ‘68 to ‘78. I make it a point to purchase from American manufacturers which is why I was pleased to find Lifetime Leather as a quality alternative to cheaper, foreign products for Field Notes 48-page memo books. I ordered the Field Notes Wallet in Natural Russet. Ordering and personalization was easy. The order was processed and shipped in a timely manner. It arrived yesterday. Quality is excellent - and I’m anal about that. Out of the package it was a very light color and (looking for the right word) shiny. That’s not a bad thing but I wanted a warmer, softer “well traveled” look. So I applied Red Wing boot oil to it and achieved the look and softer feel I wanted. See pics: One from their web site and two from me after the boot oil treatment. Bottom line: great company; great product. Don’t hesitate to order - you’ll be more than glad you did. Very well made product. Made decision to purchase based on other reviews and I am very satisfied with this product. I thought that I might be overpaying for this until I received it. I like to get good quality for dollars paid and this is a very nice product. I also prefer to support American hometown business and would rather pay more than support another product made in China.

I was a little leery about spending so much on a wallet when similar products were available on Amazon for much less, but I went ahead and made the investment. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The quality of the leather and construction is insanely good. I wasn’t a huge fan of my color selection at first, but the leather gets more and more character and rich color as I use it. It’s been a month, and it’s changed so much for the better. The wallet fits in a back pocket, but will stick out the top just a tick. I used to carry a rodeo wallet, so I was am to to it. If you’re like me and couldn’t find a convenient way to maintain a bullet journal, I assure you, this is the best solution. I have a beautiful wallet, and can keep my life organized using old school pen and paper. You will not regret this purchase.
