The feel and quality is unsurpassed, but it does need a small pouch inside to hold small items so they're not rolling around the bottom. My old one had a compartment and held all small items, but this quality is superior to my old one.

I'm really not sure how anyone could make a more beautiful bag. The heirloom toiletry I received is perfection. Leather, stitching, zipper, lining, embroidery all top of the line. I chose the heirloom due to its shape. A bit wider/flatter making it easy for packing. On top of the great quality the Office Mgr stepped up and answered a question for me right away, it arrived quickly, and I received a significant discount coupon. Absolutely top rate experience. Great quality leather for the price, ample room for all toiletries. Recipient really loved it!

To me it is a little tight trying to get items in and out of the bag. Maybe with use the leather will soften and it will be better. This was for my grandson’s high school graduation and I put toiletries in it for him. Overall the bag looked good and the embroidery was very nice.

The bag came in a timely fashion and looks really nice. Perfect for a gift for Father’s Day!

Well made and looks great. Suggestion for future improvement would be to add a small interior pouch to keep track of smaller items.

Just used my heirloom toiletry bag for the first time and it is wonderful. First of all the incredible smell of the leather makes me happy. I just replaced a “crap bag” that I have had for way too long and am loving my new one. I like the tall and a bit flatter design of this bag and was easily able to fit everything I needed for a week of travel.
