Only thing I would suggest, and it’s not a criticism, is to make the large size a little bit bigger. When a guy wants large it means he’s travelling a lot and/or takes care of his skin and has moisturizer etc to carry!

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and customer service of Lifetime Leather. I live in Maryland and ordered a monogrammed dopp kit for my son as a Christmas gift. COVID then led to a surge of package shipments this holiday season, and coupled with ill employees, there was no way for the USPS to keep up. The gift "disappeared" in the postal system for a month and was lost in the tracking system, during which time my son went back to college. Lifetime Leather made a replacement dopp kit, free of charge, and shipped it to Auburn University. The "lost" package arrived in Maryland today, nearly six weeks after it had been shipped, and the replacement arrived at Auburn today, as well (pure coincidence). The dopp kit is of tremendous quality and looks great. Lifetime Leather turned an unfortunate situation into a positive experience with their attractive product and fabulous customer service.

This is a great bag. I would have given this five stars, but unfortunately it does not fit everything I had hoped it would. Got the XL bag in oxford natural for my boyfriends travels and it looks and feels amazing. It's a great size for people who travel with a few extra things, like shaving supplies and whatnot. Also got it firebranded for personalization, which looks great, although I also expected them to personalize the large tab as well as the side of the bag based on the photos above, which they did not. That may have been a communication error though so I would recommend contacting them or something to know what you are getting exactly. The zipper also looks to be of good, sturdy quality, but is a bit stiff as a comment below said. Hoping it'll smoothen out with use. Shipping to Canada was no problem either. Overall very happy with the purchase and I am very excited to give it to him.

Not sure you got my earlier email. I am not so happy with the embossing. It is hard to read and the letter spacing seems off. I guess because the leather is dark and soft. I ordered passport covers last spring and I was so thrilled with those. This is not as great. But overall ok. I am sure that my son will be pleased.

Absolutely Wonderful
I got this right before a trip, where I packed it alongside my shoes (in shoebags) and a full suitcase of clothes. It held up wonderfully and kept my toiletries together and undisturbed. When I was ordering, I was mildly worried about the nylon lining as opposed to say the pigskin lining of the similar item Saddleback Leather makes. To those of you with a similar concern, I'd like to ameliorate it by saying it is indeed tough nylon and will definitely hold up.
The other thing I very much like about it (and another reason why I decided to go with Lifetime over others) is the softness. The leather is obviously good high quality but it is also soft and malleable. It's perfect for the task at hand - being able to hold many items and fit alongside oddly shaped items in my suitcase. I've got a few Saddleback items which while also very good quality, tend to be very tough and for the purpose of a toiletry bag, I much prefer the condition of the leather in Lifetime's bag.
Finally, I'd like to say I'm happy I went with the ink blue. It's beautiful.
So for those on the fence, I'd just like to say it was absolutely worth the money and I'm very happy with this purchase.

My boyfriend travels a lot for work, not to mention currently lives in Belgium so it took me a long time to decide on just the perfect gift for him.
