Full-grain American leather and authentic American felt, hand-cut and stitched in our Phoenix workshop. Silver hardware throughout: D-rings, strap slides, and double zipper pulls. Raw leather interior. Each piece carries the natural marks and grain of the hide, deepening as you use it.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth; condition every few months with leather cream to keep the full-grain supple. Avoid prolonged sun or heat, which can dry and fade the leather. The felt will pick up light marks with use — brush gently if needed. Natural patina and darkening over time are part of the material; silver hardware may tarnish and can be polished if desired.

Every order is made to order and ships from our workshop in Phoenix, Arizona, typically within 5–7 business days. Personalized pieces add roughly 3 additional days. We ship insured via UPS or USPS Priority across the U.S. and offer expedited options at checkout.

Unpersonalized items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund in original condition. Personalized items are final sale, but covered by our lifetime repair guarantee — if anything fails, send it back and we'll fix it.
